We can no longer guarantee Valentines' Day delivery of orders placed with the FREE Shipping Option but this option is likely to work for destinations (local weather conditions permitting) in NY, NJ, MA, RI, DE, CT, DC, MD, and Eastern PA. You need to select the Standard Shipping (UPS 2 Days Air) for orders placed before 4 pm Eastern time on Wednesday (2/12) for all other destinations.
